animated gamebook menu

An animated grand living room environment which serves as the pre-rendered main menu to Curse of the Assassin, the Tin Man Games' Gamebook Adventures title. As a sequel to An Assassin in Orlandes, the menu design is based upon that of the original gamebook, however it was adapted to look more grand, as if a richer inhabitant now occupied the room. A comparison of the two menus can be seen in the before and after image. The scene was also efficiently worked out so that when the menu is rotated on iOS devices, both the horizontal and vertical layouts have good compositions, while also allowing the same animated elements to be reused, resulting in a seamless transition when rotating the device.
